• Serves as an internal / external champion to successfully shepherd new ideas from conception to rollout / adoption Provides clear examples of innovative or disruptive thought / solutions developed
• Has contributed to significant organizational impact and/or growth
• Has developed a new idea / refined process / new strategy that has potential to drive longer term growth or wider adoption
