Brad consults with Ipsos clients to develop site evaluation and consumer observation measurement programs that enable the optimization of on-site conditions and team member behaviors that have been proven through rigorous data science to delight customers and deliver industry-leading sales revenue and profits.
His passion is finding the story in program data that gives executives and program stakeholders the confidence to enact strategic initiatives based on sophisticated analysis of the results and the insights derived.
Brad brings over 25 years of experience working with clients on program design and execution across numerous industries including restaurant, retail, grocery, petro-convenience, and consumer package goods companies.
Brad is a published author and develops thought leadership for the customer experience industry. He also regularly speaks at conferences and client companies about the organizational value of “discretionary effort” and how to maximize front line team members contribution to company culture and performance results

Prior to joining Ipsos in 2022, Brad served as Chief Commercial Officer for an e-commerce software start up company and, prior to that, was Chief Customer Officer at Market Force Information, a global customer experience solutions provider.
Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida with a major in Marketing and a minor in Economics.
