Shobha Kansal is an omni-focused leader with over a decade of CPG experience in sales, omni-commerce expertise, retail media, brand strategy, shopper psychology, shopper based design work, and category management. She has a passion for having shopper-centric category conversations with retailer partners. Shobha believes in the power of storytelling to translate data to insights to action in order to delight shoppers and consumers. Shobha graduated with a double major from Indiana University, has received her Master’s in Sociology, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Sociology at the University of Cincinnati.
