With more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, Tanya brings deep expertise across procurement, distribution, pharmacy operations, insurance, pricing, and enterprise strategy. She has held multiple senior roles across Shoppers Drug Mart, developing a comprehensive understanding of the pharmacy supply chain and the operational levers that drive national-scale health service delivery.

As a recognized healthcare operator and strategic leader, Tanya is known for her ability to translate system-level challenges into scalable, patient-focused solutions. Additionally, Tanya is a former member of the GS1 Healthcare Pharmacy Board and currently serves on the Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management (CAPDM) Board. CAPDM is an industry organization that represents companies involved in pharmaceutical logistics and distribution of getting medications from manufacturer to pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
