With nearly 25 years of experience, Diana brings a unique perspective from her roles in account leadership, product and retail strategy, and shopper and consumer insights at ConAgra, General Mills, Mintel, and Kantar. She has developed strategic recommendations for brand and product development, communication effectiveness, and go-to-market strategies for global, multinational companies and small start-ups across various channels, industries, and countries.
Diana has been featured in national and trade press, including The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, CNN, and NPR. She is passionate about giving back and serves on the boards of Foundation 65 and Youth Opportunity United. In 2021, she was named Chair of the Illinois Lottery Control Board.
Diana graduated from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and their three children.
