David Glaza is the Founder and CEO of DIGITS Agency, one of the fastest-growing retail media agencies in the country and proud member of the 2024 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Prior to founding DIGITS in 2016, David spent 14 years at Target Corporation, where he grew up as a store-side merchant and later led the business launch of Target Cartwheel, now known as Target Circle. Cartwheel became the #1 coupon and loyalty app in retail, transforming how millions of shoppers engage with discounts and offers in real time.

Today, David is considered one of the retail industry’s most trusted and forward-thinking experts on topics like retail media networks (RMNs), 1P data strategy, digital coupon infrastructure, and bridging the gap between online media and physical stores. His career spans consulting roles with Nestlé, Purina, Coca-Cola, and many of the world's top CPGs, as well as leading digital activations for retailers like Whole Foods, Sprouts, Schnucks, Fareway, and Woodman's.

David is also a member of the Ascendant Network's RMN Council, a featured expert with The CPG Guys, and a contributor to The Digital Shelf Institute. He previously served as Head of CPG Partnerships at GrocerKey, helping drive digital transformation for independent grocers across North America.
