Trish Surfus is the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing at Oliver Winery, where she leads strategic programming and shopper engagement for one of the fastest-growing wineries in the country. Bringing a fresh perspective to the alcohol beverage and CPG industries, Trish brings more than a decade of award-winning experience, specializing in full-funnel strategy, campaign development, and audience journey design. She specializes in translating brand storytelling into omnichannel programs that drive velocity — including retail media and programmatic digital campaigns, most recently through a partnership with DIGITS.
Known among her colleagues as a true force of nature, Trish brings a powerhouse blend of creative spark and strategic rigor to every project she tackles.

Before joining the wine world, Trish led integrated marketing teams that earned national recognition for brand storytelling, acquiring and recruiting new and diverse audiences into the education pipeline, and creating consumer experiences. She now brings that same strategic lens, honed through years of experience, to retail planning, brand activation, and cross-functional collaboration with sales partners across the country.

In addition to her work at Oliver, Trish teaches a senior-level capstone course in the Media School at Indiana University, helping future marketers bring real client campaigns to life (and occasionally using it as an ad-hoc Gen Z focus group).
