Mr. Rosso has over 20 years’ experience in brand and performance marketing and media with emphasis on digital, data and technology. Most recently, he spent 14 years at Target as Vice President Marketing, Digital Media. In this role he:

· Launched Target's retail media business, now branded Roundel, creating a new and significant source of revenue and EBIT.
· Led MarTech and AdTech development leading to the creation of Target's automated marketing and media engagement platform (buy and sell sides).
· Built Target's Audience Strategy team to define and execute Target's marketing use of data.
· Created a full suite of Measurement capabilities.
· Led digital media strategy, planning, activation and optimization for the following channels: search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), digital video, display, digital audio, social media, mobile media, email, push notification, affiliate marketing and programmatic media.
· Led the Strategic Digital Partnerships team designed to ideate and execute broad, enterprise-wide initiatives.
