Britt Polihronis is Assistant Vice President at Hy-Vee and Chief Operating Officer of RedMedia, where she leads the strategy, operations, and continued evolution of Hy-Vee’s retail media network. As COO, she oversees revenue growth, cross-functional execution, media innovation, and enterprise integration, positioning RedMedia as a key growth engine for the organization and a strategic partner for brands.

Britt joined Hy-Vee in February 2024 as Vice President of Operations for RedMedia and was promoted to COO in December 2024. She brings more than 20 years of experience in digital strategy, retail media, and shopper marketing, and holds a degree from Kansas State University.
