His expertise lies in deriving behavioral insights from consumer/customer buying/browsing/viewing behaviour that influences business outcomes such as product improvement & 1st party data monetization. He was the Head of Customer Insights at Walmart Connect US and Canada where he built the foundational capability of providing valuable bespoke insights to key Walmart JBP advertisers realizing significant incremental revenue streams for the business.
