Since 2006, Michael Hiatt has managed, architected, and administered in-store retail media networks for Walmart & Sam’s Club. He also served as the Head of Digital Signage Networks for Triad Retail Media until 2020. He has also consulted with a variety of retailers, advertising agencies, and technology firms. Hiatt has extensive experience with in-store media operations and has worked at the highest levels of retail media networks. Hiatt recently left Sam’s Club as their head of in-club video and is currently the president of Dynamic Retailing, a consultancy based in Bentonville, Arkansas with the goal of helping retailers better monetize their physical locations via their retail media network.
