Alicia serves as Head of Retail and Ecommerce for Meta (Facebook) (NASDAQ : META), leading the division responsible for partnering with the largest retailers in North America to leverage Meta’s advertising, commerce products and AI-powered marketing solutions. She oversees $1.5B in revenue and works with brands to reimagine market positioning through digital, social and artificial intelligence - helping retailers harness Meta’s advances in generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to reach consumers with greater precision and personalization.

Known as a modern marketer who uniquely understands performance across the funnel, Alicia brings a unique blend of experience across marketing and operations that influences her perspective to connect every dollar invested into measurable business outcomes. Alicia is a multidisciplinary executive with over 15 years of experience in retail, marketing, operations and general management.

Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Retail and Marketing for Canteen, a $7B sector of Compass Group North America (LSE: CPG) and the largest operator of automated unattended retail and micro-market convenience outlets in the United States. Reporting directly to the CEO, she led the company’s retail, marketing and strategy divisions. She spearheaded the transformation from traditional vending to modern unattended retail platforms that used data and analytics to drive assortment, operational efficiency and innovation for corporations, hospitality clients, universities and sports venues.

Prior to Compass Group, Alicia spent 10 years with Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) in roles spanning operations, strategy and public affairs. As Senior Director of Store Operations and Retail Concepts, she led the company’s efforts for store openings, closings and the development of small stores formats (Target Express). Eager to gain front line, core retail experience, Alicia transitioned to store management and she managed a portfolio of stores in Atlanta-area stores that represented $700M in annual sales and 2000 team members. During her tenure at Target, Alicia also held roles focusing on consumer engagement initiatives, innovation, public-private partnerships and the transition of Target’s pharmacy portfolio to CVS.

Alicia serves as an independent director of Nutrabolt, a global private CPG wellness company. She holds a B.A. and M.A degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Economics and Public Administration. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband Marcus, son Marcus Jr. (9) and daughter Sydney (7).
