Leïla is a driven marketing strategist and a creative thinker with 13 years experience in data, innovation, brand marketing in the technology and consumer goods space.

She joined L’Oréal in 2021, taking the helm of Digital across the creator economy, consumer data and innovation in a continuous effort to build a digital edge for the company.

Before L’Oréal, Leïla spent time within digital native scale-ups and eCommerce consultancies prior to joining eBay, where she spent 6 years in roles stretching from brand incubation to strategic marketing and product roles, re-igniting the eBay brand as one of the most relevant shopping destinations. In her time there, Leïla found ways to make eBay’s rich inventory shoppable on every canvas, and inspire buyers and sellers to experience the platform in novel ways.

Leïla then joined Unilever, where she played a pivotal role in crafting digital strategy for the homecare business and later on leading direct-to-consumer efforts globally by re-thinking what the future of sustainable-first, commodity goods could look like.

Outside of work, Leïla can be found as a guest lecturer, practising yoga alongside collecting records and sharing her passion for food and craftsmanship with everyone she comes across.
