The Path to Purchase Institute's Women of Excellence Awards program recognizes female executives working at CPG brands, retailers, agencies and solution providers for their achievements in influencing the commerce marketing industry along the path to purchase.
Winners will be recognized at an award ceremony and cocktail celebration during our fall event. They will also be featured on P2PI.com.
award categories
This year, the Women of Excellence will award female leaders across 5 categories, each honoring winners from both Brands/Retailers and Agencies/Solution Providers. Entries across all categories are also eligible for the Executive of the Year.

Executive of the Year
Drawing from the overall pool of winners in the five aforementioned categories, the Path to Purchase Institute editorial team also will honor a woman for the top recognition with the Executive of the Year Award.
Rules
- Nominee must be nominated by a colleague or industry peer
- No self-nominated submissions will be accepted
- Nominee must NOT have been a previous P2PI WEX Awardee
- No former or current employees of EnsembleIQ or Path to Purchase Institute is eligible
- Nominations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, June 30, 2026
