Jessica Du Quesne is a seasoned shopper marketing and sales professional with over ten years of experience in multiple industries. Jessica’s greatest strengths are her passion, creativity, drive and leadership. Originally from Lima, Peru she has worked in many different roles, all of which have helped shape her business acumen, approach for driving solutions and exposure to various business cultures.
Jessica was recognized as one of the 2017 Northwest Arkansas Women In Business and 2020’s Celebrate Magazine One’s to Watch.
Currently Jessica works at the Hershey Company leading the shopper marketing programs for the Walmart Seasonal business. Jessica is primarily responsible for providing thought leadership and strategic executional guidance to develop insight-based activation plans, providing mutual benefits to the shopper, retailers and manufacturers. Previous to her time at Hershey Jessica was a Shopper Marketing Account Manager with Saatchi & Saatchi X in Springdale, Arkansas and her clients included Procter & Gamble, Del Monte and The Coca-Cola Company.
Previous to her time at SSX, Jessica worked at the American Cancer Society and at Bank of America. In both organizations Jessica increased sales/donor contributions by over 50%, managed key marketing activities and established new business relationships.
Jessica has a strong commitment to the community and to support local causes. She is currently an active member of the Local Hershey Corporate Social Responsibilities Committee. Jessica also supports local organizations and is part of the American Heart Association Cyclenation Executive Leadership Team, Crystal Bridges Artinfusion Advisory Council and The Cancer Challenge Emerging Leaders Board.
Jessica has a degree of Teacher of English as a Foreign Language from Cambridge University which is where her passion for people development comes from.
