Meara O'Neill is a dedicated shopper marketer with a strong background in the CPG industry, specializing in Beauty, Wellness, and Supplements. Throughout her career, she has worked with both start-up brands to global brands at Nestle, providing her with a diverse skill set to effectively navigate budget constraints and achieve campaign objectives.

Currently, Meara leads the Shopper Marketing team in the natural channel at Nestle Health Science. In this role, she is responsible for developing innovative strategies to connect with the ever-changing brick and mortar shopper, ultimately driving conversion for both new brands and established brands.
