Miranda Richards is the Sr. Omni Marketing Manager for Regional Grocery at Kraft Heinz. Since July 2021, she has supported over 30 regional grocers along every stage of their marketing, digital, and eCommerce journeys. Prior to Kraft Heinz, Miranda was the Sr. Shopper Marketer and Digital Commerce Strategy Manager at Mars Wrigley, focusing on creating a seamless omni-channel experience at Target working cross functionally, both internally and externally, with Sales, Category Management, Digital Content, Digital COE and IT teams. Miranda started her career at Meijer working on the roll out of Meijer’s click-and-collect service, Curbside, as well as the home delivery partnership with Shipt and managing all grocery CPG eCommerce marketing partnerships.
Miranda double majored in her undergraduate work with majors in Marketing and Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship from North Central College. She earned her MBA from Central Michigan University, with a concentration in Marketing.
