Paige Berrigan is the Change Activation Lead at Caterpillar Farm, a consultancy specializing in the human side of organizational change. With deep expertise in change activation, communication strategy, and facilitation, she helps fast-moving consumer goods (CPG) companies navigate complex transitions and engage their teams effectively.

Prior to joining Caterpillar Farm, Paige led training and development programs at the Path to Purchase Leadership University, building capabilities in shopper marketing for CPG professionals. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with The Capré Group, where she supported change and capability-building initiatives for leading companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Hershey, Purina, Johnson & Johnson, and others.

Paige began her career at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held marketing leadership roles across brands such as Sprite, Coca-Cola, and Minute Maid, as well as in customer marketing, driving innovation and collaborative programs across multiple retail channels.

In addition to her industry work, Paige serves as an adjunct professor of marketing at the University of South Carolina Beaufort, where she brings practical experience and strategic insight into the classroom.
