Christine Doucet joined Ace in 2012 as a member of the Ace Foundation team. Her role on the team was to manage and grow all retailer fundraising initiatives related to Ace’s two national charitable partners, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the American Red Cross. Since then, she has held various roles in the Foundation, serving as a key contributor to their growth from raising $4M annually to over $25M in 2024. Currently, as Director of the Foundation, she oversees all corporate, vendor and retailer fundraising as well as the Ace Helpful Fund, Ace’s employee emergency assistance fund.

In 2019, Christine took on the employee engagement strategy for Ace Hardware as well as leading all efforts surrounding the annual engagement survey for over 7,500 corporate, field and warehouse employees.

In addition to leading the Foundation and engagement efforts, she oversees the Corporate Communications team at Ace. This team manages all employee and retailer communication strategies which include events, video production, executive communications and the Ace intranet sites.

Prior to joining Ace, Christine worked at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare on both the PR and Foundation teams, managing all events for the health system and serving as a media spokesperson.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa.
