Amanda Bailey is a leading voice within modern marketing, connecting brand experience to commerce with creativity at the core. She is currently Chief Client Officer at VML, managing the agency's key businesses, including several of its largest CPG clients. In her role, she’s focused on driving transformation to help brands and retailers reimagine ways to drive profitable growth. She’s led the way by partnering with her cross-functional team on driving innovation through integrated experience-led planning, brave creative ideas, holistic media capabilities, OS platforms, and more. She has experience across NA and global scaling best practices and agency operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the work she does.

Amanda is also an inspiring mentor who enables people around her to feel what’s possible and achieve it. Overall, her entrepreneurship within the marketing space for 14-plus years has resulted in 30-plus industry awards from the 500 brands she’s been privileged to work on. In her free time, she leads a personal branding immersion in partnership with Walton College of Business to help student uncover their purpose, identify their core values, and enter the workforce with confidence. She’s also a new mom to Alice and loves spending time with her family.
