Health & Safety
The show follows local guidelines regarding Covid-19 and requires all registrants to complete a waiver during registration in order to participate at the event.

P2PI CONNECT Timeline

These dates are created to ensure that our sponsors and team members have the maximum amount of time to build and promote the event and its participants across all channels of marketing. Adhering to this timeline is in your best interest as a sponsor of CONNECT at P2PI LIVE.

Step-by-Step Guide

To make sure your company is properly listed, please fill out the Sponsor Profile Information Form below to provide your company information for the website and app. Please note that this is NOT the same as your company profile submitted to John Wilkinson for matching.

If you need to update this information after submitting, please use the link in the welcome email sent to you.

Final updates for the digital app can be made until Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

As a CONNECT Sponsor, you are allotted a limited number of registrations for representatives from your company (any additional registrations can be purchased for $599). Please register all of your staff using the Registration Link that was sent in your welcome email.

If you cannot find that email, please email your sales representative and Meredith Carli.

Each P2PI CONNECT meeting is arranged considering your company’s meeting preferences, cross-referenced with those of our brand participants. Our goal is to deliver each of your top-requested meetings while also providing opportunities to uncover new and unanticipated relationships.

Once all brand profiles are complete, your designee will browse all participating profiles & prioritize your team’s meeting preferences. While we cannot guarantee specific meetings, we do our best to arrange the most desirable meetings considering all parties’ meeting preferences.

Profile collections begins May 8 and must be turned in by May 26.

We recommend that you bring relevant marketing materials for your meetings. Beyond that, you are not required to anything else. If you want to enhance your space with additional A/V, food and/or beverage, and/or upgraded furniture, the information for those items is in the other tabs.

You're welcome to order A/V for your room. Please see the below PDF order form and contact Andrew Cortina at Encore to place your order.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available so you do not need to order that. If you need further Wi-Fi such as a hardline, you can order that through Encore.

We will have some refreshments available in the lounge area, but if you would like to serve refreshments in your meeting room, please refer to the menus below. 

You can place your order by contacting Jennifer Marszewski at the Palmer House. Be sure to include your meeting room number and days/times you would like the items delivered.

If you want an extra table or chairs, you made do so by contacting Jennifer Marszewski at the Palmer House no later than June 12.

If you would like to upgrade furniture to something else, here are three companies you could contact. All orders for upgraded furniture are between you and the company you select.

You will have access to your room for setup on Monday, June 26, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm CT and on Tuesday, June 27, 7:30am - 9:00am CT.

The last meeting ends on Wednesday, June 28, at 10:20am. After this point, you may breakdown and pack up your items. Please bring tape and shipping labels to ship these items out.
