**The P2PI LIVE & EXPO does not use a separate housing vendor.  Official housing reservations at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel should only be made through the link provided above or by calling the hotel directly. We urge you to be wary of any third-party housing companies.**

The following dates are created to ensure that our sponsors and team members have the maximum amount of time to build and promote the event and its participants across all channels of marketing. Adhering to this timeline is in your best interest as a sponsor of P2PI LIVE & EXPO.

Step-By-Step Guide

This information will be used to post your company information on the website and the app. The contact information will only be used by the P2PI team to work with the sponsor regarding the event.

  • Company profile information includes company name, website, and 50-word description. 
  • Submit the following two (2) files to ensure your logo looks best on both print and digital displays:
    • PRINT: Vector EPS converted to outlines, 4 color/CMYK
    • DIGITAL: Rasterized JPG or PNG logo, RGB (a minimum of 10" wide or 10" high - whichever is the larger proportion) at 72 dpi
  • Pre-event production contact email.
  • Day-of contact information including name, email, and direct phone number.
  • Company's social media profiles for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

**NOTE: This is NOT the profile that will be part of the CONNECT matching process. This is strictly for the website and app.

As a CONNECT Sponsor, you are allotted two (2) registrations for your staff.

Your company-specific registration code is in the Welcome email that was sent to you by Meredith Carli.  

Each P2PI CONNECT meeting is arranged considering your company’s meeting preferences, cross-referenced with those of our brand participants. Our goal is to deliver each of your top-requested meetings while also providing opportunities to uncover new and unanticipated relationships.

Once all brand profiles are complete, your designee will browse all participating profiles & prioritize your team’s meeting preferences. While we cannot guarantee specific meetings, we do our best to arrange the most desirable meetings considering all parties’ meeting preferences.

Profile collection begins Monday, September 18 and must be turned in by Thursday, October 12.

Each CONNECT room will be equipped with:

  • 6' draped table
  • Banquet round
  • 6-8 chairs
  • Sign with your logo outside the room

Your CONNECT Room is the place for you to get your message across to the brands.  Shipments should arrive at the hotel on October 31 - November 6, 2023 using the address at the right.

Your room will have a banquet round table, 6-8 chairs, and a 6' draped table.

If you would like to upgrade furniture to something else, here are three companies you could contact. All orders for upgraded furniture are between you and the company you select.

Sponsor breakdown and move-out will begin at 5:00 PM and needs to be completed by 7:00 PM on November 7.
