The photo at the right is one of the meeting rooms set up in classroom style. Your room will have a round table, eight (8) chairs, and a 6' draped table.


The photos at right are of some of the meeting rooms on the fourth floor of the Hilton Chicago. Your room will not be set up in this manner, it is just to give you an idea of the room layout.

We recommend that you bring relevant marketing materials for your meetings. Beyond that, you are not required to anything else. If you want to enhance your space with additional A/V, food and/or beverage, and/or upgraded furniture, the information for those is below.

Yes, you're welcome to A/V to your room. Please see the below PDF order form and contact our exhibitor services representative, Carson Befus, at Encore to place your order.

Show Wi-Fi is available so you do not need to order that. If you need further wi-fi such as a hardline, you can order that through Encore.

Yes, you can add food and/or beverages to your room. Just download the PDF Catering Menu below and contact Catering to place your order.

Please note that the CONNECT Hospitality Suite will be supplied with coffee, drinks, and snacks, so you may not need to order Food and Beverage.

If you want an extra table or chairs, please contact our hotel representative, Rebekah Lopez.

If you would like to upgrade furniture to something else, here are three companies you could contact. All orders for upgraded furniture are between you and the company you select.

Each CONNECT meeting is arranged considering your company’s meeting preferences, cross-referenced with those of our brand participants. Our goal is to deliver each of your top-requested meetings while also providing opportunities to uncover new and unanticipated relationships.

The week of September 26, once all brand profiles are complete, your designee will browse all participating profiles & prioritize your team’s meeting preferences. While we cannot guarantee specific meetings, we do our best to arrange the most desirable meetings considering all parties’ meeting preferences.

Each meeting lasts 20 minutes. Meetings are timed and, as each draw to a close, you’ll be prompted by P2PI staff to wrap up your discussion quickly & prepare for the next meeting.
