The following dates are created to ensure that our sponsors and team members have the maximum amount of time to build and promote the event and its participants across all channels of marketing. Adhering to this timeline is in your best interest as a sponsor of P2PI LIVE.

You can find your booth on the LIVE Floor Plan.
Unless otherwise noted in your contract, each 10' x 10' booth will be set with:
- 8'h black back drape and 3'h black side drape between booths
- 10'w x 8'h custom printed fabric backwall
- one 6' black draped table
- two Limerick® chairs by Herman Miller
- one wastebasket
- one 10-Amp Electric Drop
- 500lbs of freight then rack for each 10'x10' booth.
You do not need to order carpet as the exhibit hall is already carpeted.
Your booth space is the place for you to get your message across to the event attendees. All items that you will have in your booth need to be shipped to either the Freeman warehouse or to the hotel. Please refer to the Shipping tab below for information on sending items to your booth.
You can order A/V and upgraded wifi from Encore via FreemanOnline.
The button below will download the Encore order form to be filled out, including your booth number, and sent to Carson Befus at [email protected]
Your booth package comes with a 6' draped table and two chairs. If you want more or different furniture you may order through FreemanOnline.
**Any furniture other than what is listed in your contract will be at an additional charge, payable directly to Freeman.
Your booth package comes with a 10' wide x 8' tall custom printed backdrop. The graphic for this backdrop will be created by your graphics team and submitted to Meredith Carli at [email protected]. Click the button below to download the Guidelines for Graphics Submission.
You will get a proof back for approval before the custom backdrop goes to production.

Please ship your bag inserts to the Advance Shipping to Warehouse address above using the shipping label below.
If your bag insert will not arrive at the warehouse before October 10, please use the hotel shipping information below.
When you ship your item, please send the tracking number to Meredith Carli at mcar[email protected].
